Link Domain Pages

In order to see the pages on your link domain, see the setup page for instructions.

Most link domain pages are only visible when they are linked to from a message. If you'd like to preview them, your best bet is to go into the template or campaign editor and send yourself test send. When you check the message click on the unsubscribe link, your address bar should look something like this:

http://cb.sailthru.com/oc/Taxrz7x-B1FBAABw/61956ebe

Let's decode this url.

  • http://cb.sailthru.com/ is the link domain. If you haven't set up your link domain, it should look like this. If you have, you'll see your link domain instead of cb.sailthru.com.
  • /oc/ is the page you are viewing. In this case, you're looking at the 'optout confirm' page.
  • /Taxrz7x-B1FBAABw/ refers to the message the link came from.
  • /61956ebe is a unique hash generated for security purposes to make sure no one opts all your users out.

If the hash and message don't match up, or the message doesn't exist, you'll see an error page.
